AssRisk ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website assrisk.com and our Moob application. Yes, we have a sense of humor. This document does not. (Okay, maybe a little. See asterisk.)^*

Information you provide. When you contact us, request a demo, or use our services, we may collect name, email address, company name, and other information you voluntarily provide. We don't make this stuff up—you literally give it to us.^*

Automatically collected information. When you visit our website or use our app, we may collect device information, IP address, browser type, usage data, and similar technical data. See our Cookie Policy for details on cookies and similar technologies. (The other kind of cookies. We don't bake.)^*

Asset and risk data. If you use our Moob app or assessment services, we may process data about your assets and risk findings as necessary to provide the service. We're an asset risk company. It's in the name. And the asterisk.^*

We use the information we collect to: provide and improve our services; communicate with you; send marketing (where you have consented); comply with legal obligations; protect our and your security; and for other purposes described at the time of collection or with your consent. In short: to run the show and cover our assets. And yours.^*

We do not sell your personal information. Not for money. Not for 69 dollars. Not for 420 dollars. We're serious.^* We may share information with: service providers who assist our operations (under strict agreements); legal or regulatory authorities when required; or in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of assets, with notice as required by law.
